Chicopee Planning Board Voting Record and Minutes The Planning Board of the City of Chicopee public hearing for Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 7 PM Chambers Conference Room, 4th Floor, City Hall Annex, 274 Front Street, Chicopee, MA 01013 Meeting was brought to order at 7:00 PM. Worthington, MA 01098 Notes: The Applicant, Alexander Lak presented his petition to the Board. Mr. Lak explained it was his opinion that the lots he was proposing would fit with the lot sizes of the majority of the lots in the “neighborhood”. He also explained he would be selling the lots and not be developing them himself. Two Abutters on Crestwood Street were opposed to the Waiver citing loss of privacy if a two-story houses were built while another’s opinion was that the lot should not be divided and only one house should be constructed on the lot as it exists. Motion to approve was made by Cynthia Labrie and seconded by Samuel Shumsky. Vote was 4 in favor to 1 opposed. Vote was 5-0 to approve.
