Chicopee Planning Board Voting Record and Minutes The Planning Board of the City of Chicopee public hearing for Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 7 PM in the RiverMills Senior Center, Classroom 30, First Floor, 5 West Main St., Chicopee, MA 01020 and via video conference (Zoom). Meeting was brought to order at 7:10 PM. A quorum of the Board was not present. The Chair announced a quorum was not present and continued all agenda items to the Board’s February 6, 2025 hearing. *Since ANR plans must be acted upon within twenty-one (21) days of submittal, the two ANR plans on the agenda will automatically get approved prior to the February 6, 2025 hearing and will not be on that agenda.
