Chicopee Planning Board Voting Record and Minutes The Planning Board of the City of Chicopee public hearing for Thursday, April 3, 2024 at 7 PM at the RiverMills Senior Center, Classroom 30, 5 West Main St., Chicopee, MA 01020 Meeting was brought to order at 7:00 PM. Applicant: Andrew Lemay, same address. Notes: The Board recommended denying the Zone Change to the City Council as the Applicant did not attend the hearing for the third consecutive hearing. Motion to recommend denial was made by Thomas Reniewicz and seconded by Eric Oulette. Vote was 5-0 to recommend denial of the Zone Change.
