Existing house lot frontage reduction from 100’ to 89.39’; area from 10,000 SF to 9,820 SF and depth for both lots from 100’ to 84.66’ +/-. New building lot frontage from 100’ to 90.61’; area from 10,000 SF to 7,672. Applicant: Jeff and Tanya Picard 25 Boutin St. Chicopee, MA 01020 Notes: The Applicant explained the petition to the Board; stating he went to obtain building permits and discovered that the Variance that had been previously approved by the Board on January 14, 2015 had expired. Plan is to construct a new single-family house on the property. The existing swimming pool will be removed. No Abutters communicated any opposition to the Planning Department or the Board.
