Meeting was brought to order at 6:30 PM. Applicant: Ronald & Luz Eichstaedt, 126 Peace St. Chicopee, MA 01013 Notes: The Applicant presented the petition to the Board. He explained that he had purchased the house at auction and was not aware that the second unit was not a legal dwelling unit. The Board discussed the proposal and determined that no hardship[p existed to warrant the granting of the Variance; the property was too small to support a two-family dwelling. The Board voted to deny the Variance. Motion to approve for the sake of discussion was made by Anthony Gallant and seconded by Christina Loy. Vote was 4-0 to deny the petition.
