Location: 136 Maryland Ave. Chicopee, MA 01020 Applicant: Donald Sarna, same address. Notes: Applicant Donald Sarna was present to brief the Board on his petition. The petition was tabled from October 14 and 22 due to a lack of quorum and COVID-19 meeting regulations. Staff noted there had been no commentary from any abutters. The Board voted to approve the petition. Motion to approve was made by Carissa Lisee and seconded by Anthony Gallant. Vote was 4-0 to approve.
