Meeting was brought to order at 6:30 PM. Note: The Board voted to take the agenda Items 1 and 2 in reversed order. Motion to take items 1 and 2 in reverse order was made by Anthony Gallant and seconded by Carissa Lisee. Vote was 5-0 to approve taking items 1 and 2 in reverse order. Item 2: (Tabled from March 17, 2022) Variance from Chapter 275-42 corner lot side yard setback from 15’ to 10’ to allow for the construction of a garage. Location: 555 Burnett Rd. Chicopee, MA 01020 Applicant: Christopher Ouimette, same address. Notes: The Applicant presented his petition to the Board. Staff explained that the skewed angle of the Applicant’s side yard lot line, may be considered a hardship by the Board. Based on the plans submitted by the applicant it does not appear that the new garage will hinder sight lines on either street. The Board voted to approve the Variance. Motion to approve was made by Carissa Lisee and seconded by Anthony Gallant. Vote was 5-0 to approve. Anthony Gallant asked if application fees were adequate to cover processing costs. Staff noted they were.
