Location: 24 Milton St., Chicopee, MA 01013 Applicant: Maxine D. Meckling, same address. Notes: The Applicant presented her petition to the Board. She explained she was granted the same Variance on September 8, 2021 but since no construction had commenced on the new garage within one year of that date the Variance expired. The Board voted to grant the Variance with conditions. Motion to approve the Variance with conditions was made by Carissa Lisee and seconded by Gary Stamborski. Vote was 4-0 to approve the Variance with conditions. The next regularly scheduled meeting would be January 11, 2023.
