Accept the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 12 funding from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and establish Capital Improvement Project (CIP) TR262 - Central Avenue Traffic Signal Safety Improvements Project. Accept the HSIP Cycle 12 funding for $225,450 from Caltrans and approve the establishment of a new CIP project entitled “Central Avenue Traffic Signal Safety Improvements" (TR262) with a total budget of $250,500.
