CITY OF CHIPPEWA FALLS, WISCONSIN NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING In accordance with the provisions of the Wisconsin State Statutes, Sec. 19.84, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of: Committee #2 Labor Negotiations, Personnel, Policy & Administration Will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 30 West Central Street, Chippewa Falls, WI. Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are shown on the attached agenda below: 1. Discuss vacant Parks and Forestry Maintenance/Zoo Assistant position and set pay range for recruitment. Possible recommendations to the Council. 2. Discuss options for an updated City Logo. Possible recommendations to the Council. 3. Discuss amending Resolution 2017-40 Entitled: Resolution Adopting Hiring Policy. Possible recommendations to the Council. 4. Contemplated Closed Session under Sec. 19.85 (1) (f), Wis.Stats.for “Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons except where par. (b) applies which if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations” to: a) Discuss leave of absence request for city employee. May return to open session for possible action on closed session item. 5. Adjournment NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MAJORITY OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT AT THIS MEETING TO GATHER INFORMATION ABOUT A SUBJECT OVER WHICH THEY HAVE DECISION MAKING RESPONSIBILITY.
