Phone call with Steve Fenske- close Community Center for any gatherings over 10 people OLD BUSINESS: 1. Notice of intent to take title and possession – Steve Fenske’s response – submit to insurance? (see handout letter) 2. Emailed Jon Mocol, MATIT to ask them to come assess our assets per 5/19/20 minutes 3. Chisholm hasn’t paid for the recycling service yet (see handout) (shared services agreement) 4. Plan for ditching and road repairs – Jon White & Supervisor VerSteeg 5. Need a resolution to make an account for planning and setting aside money for equipment – Capital expenditures account and a Legal expense account– breakdown of levy and dividing it up. 7.
