Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 1/19/21 – No Fraud in Balkan Cases circa March 10, 1914, per Focus magazine dated 1/8/21 – asked to read at the meeting per Ken and Jonelle Kallio – Plaque for posting at the C.C.? 2. 1/20/21 - Advertise our venue (C.C.) for the Winter Bridal Edition in the Mesabi Tribune and Manney’s shopper for Feb 13th? – See handout – will have to write up something OLD BUSINESS: 1. Canister site needs designated glass container for recycling – Dave Pajunen 2. Waste Management – Another year’s contract started – can cancel July – Oct 2021 3. Noxious Weed Report – Due 2/5/21 4. Community Center capacity currently at 100 people 5. Canister site pamphlets – on recycling – needed to give people at the Balkan site 6. Policy to provide guidance on purchases over $100 7. Lock the back garage door – a resident came in through the garage to ask about throwing tires over the fence on a day the canister site wasn’t open. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheet 2. Pancake Feed dates and questions for 2021- need updated list of food served 3. Supervisor Tarnowski made postcards for the internet survey and the annual meeting. 4. UPCOMING MEETINGS/EVENTS: 1.
