Iron – RSVP’s required 2. 9/16/2022 – Iron Range Area Candidate Forum – Sept. 28th 6-8p, Hibbing High School Auditorium – Open to public 3. 9/16/2022 – City of Chisholm needs a letter of support – See handout – need motion 4. 9/19/2022 – City of Chisholm – Fire Protection – need dates to meet in October for Stephanie Skraba (Thursdays are Chisholm’s meetings) OLD BUSINESS: 1. Balkan Animal Fair Costs - Kent 2. Send Emily Baraga, Ramona and Salo Road person who brought the goats and kittens money – Board approval for next meeting to issue checks 3. General Waste to dump garbage container at the cc on Monday, Sept 19th. 4. Plaque for community center recognizing those who were instrumental in building the community center in 2011. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. Steve Johnson’s Vacation request – Oct. 19-21st, 2022 – needs approval 3. Add Dave to the L&M Supply account for purchasing air filters and water filters? 4. Balkan Saddle Club to host SLC Annual Fair Board Oct. 17th (evening) – potluck or catered. They need keys - Karen Pender. Approval? 5. Approve $200 marketing mail for newsletter mailing – end of September. 6. Balkan Sweatshirts – Deb V. 7.
