Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 6/1/2023 – MOU – Juneteenth – need signatures 2. 6/5/2023 – John Chuk called to ask if we could high-pressure wash out his culvert that has accumulated gravel over the winter. 3. 6/13/23 – WA Fisher web hosting renewal - $300/year and the $200/year for the Care Program. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Steve brought back the Linde gas container so we only have Airgas’s bill now. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. On-line banking – start? – Shari – need approval? 3. New monitor for the treasurer’s computer – see handout 4. Projector for the cc for use at the annual meeting, events, etc – see handout of pricing 5. New flags from the DAV Auxiliary Unit #3 Hibbing Chapter – brought by John Bonnett 6/12/23 6. Can we spray for bugs at the cc? Who does it? 7. Can we add Jeff H. to the cc caretaker or General Laborer? 8. The faucet on the pavilion is leaking. Freezer in cc is frosty. Still need a rubber mat for the lobby at the cc. 9. Application for canister site – Austin Valento - please review UPCOMING MEET/INGS/EVENTS: 1.
