Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 7/5/2023 – Letter from IUOE requesting Seniority list of all employees on bargaining unit – emailed to them 7/5/2023 2. 7/3/2023 - Fire Permits are allowed 3. 7/7/2023 – Emergency calls to Balkan list 4. 7/11/23 – Calcium and Mag. Chloride spraying Thursday and Friday 7/13 & 7/14/2023 OLD BUSINESS: 1. Still need to call a plumber: pavilion women’s bathroom’s hot water faucet leaky valve, outside pavilion faucet keeps dripping 2. The canister at the cc was dumped on 7/10/2023. 3. Discuss Dave coming back to work? 7/13/2023 released ? NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. Pricing for Waste Management rental front load service – see handout – CC canister dumped on 7/10/2023, Monday 3. Lots of traffic at the canister site – do we need to talk with SLC about the volume? 4. Canister site – Phone: do we need to upgrade the flip-phone? It hangs up when on the phone, fully charged.
