Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 8/15/24 – MATIT Report – will increase insurance costs – please review (also sent by email to supervisors 8/15/24) 2. 8/19/24 – Final Town Levy certified and sent to SLC OLD BUSINESS: 1. 2023 Skid steer for purchase – the check is written – need motion to approve 2. Aging Well signed resolution/letter of support – for signatures 3. Aging Well – schedule of meetings for 2024 – Send out a postcard welcoming the residents to these meetings & Survey for pancake breakfast participants to fill out for aging well in your community – to review NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. SLC – Public Works – Gravel Crushing Program for 2025 – Deadline for resolution that approves entering into a cooperative agreement with SLC – October 1st, 2024 – see handouts in chairman’s folder 3. SLC discontinued the five punch garbage tickets – must buy 10 punch garbage tickets from now on. UPCOMING MEETINGS/EVENTS: 1. Zumba/Fitness Class starts again – 9/3/2024 2.
