4 TOWN OF CICERO TOWN COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Thursday, December 28, 2017 At 6:15 PM Call To Order: Vice-president Rusty Miller called the meeting to order. Mr. Foster said the prayer. Mr. Miller called for the roll call. The members of the Town Council were present or absent as follows: Present: Rusty Miller Absent: Chad Amos Brett Foster Chris Lutz Craig Penwell Declare a quorum present. Others Present: Jan Unger, Clerk Treasurer Approval of Claims: Mr. Penwell made a motion to approve the Claims as presented. Mr. Foster seconded, Motion passed. New Business Encumbering Funds From 2017 To 2018. Ms. Unger informed the Council of the following: In addition to the encumbrances presented at the December 19, 2017 Town Council Meeting: GENERAL – Police 101370404 Vehicle Equipment $7,338.00 GENERAL – Fire 101362391 Fire Training $3,437.62 PARK – 130770450 Special Projects $5,099.43 Additionally, there will be an encumbrance for the Plan Commission: GENERAL – Plan 101220311 Computer $5,000.00 Council To Consider Resolution 12-28-2017-1 Transfer For Fire And Plan. Mr. Penwell made a motion to approve Resolution 12-28-2017-1 Transfers for Fire and Plan. Mr. Lutz seconded, motion passed. Motion To Adjourn: Mr. Foster made a motion to Adjourn.
