City Council met in Executive Session prior to the meeting to discuss legal and / or personnel matters. Consider a motion approving Ordinance No. 1973 establishing the Real Estate Tax Rate for the Fiscal Year 2023 and imposing discounts, penalties and interest thereon. 2. Consider a motion approving Ordinance No.1974 adopting a budget for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1st, 2023 and ending December 31st, 2023, in accordance with the Charter of the City of Clairton. 3. Consider a motion approving Ordinance No. 1975 providing for salaries and wages of employees and officials of the City of Clairton for the period beginning January 1st, 2023 and thereafter. 4. Consider a motion approving Ordinance No. 1976 fixing the Legislative and workshop meetings schedule of the City of Clairton Council for the year 2023. 5. Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 1816 establishing fees for the various service and facilities of the City.
