Public testimony was taken and considered on this item at the regular meeting of the City Council held May 12, 2020, where all people wishing to speak via Zoom and by phone were given an opportunity to do so. Review the revised Planning Goals and Guiding Principles; B. Assess the changing conditions that have occurred since their approval; and C. Direct City staff on how to proceed with development of the Village South Specific Plan and related EIR.
