To allow for public participation, the City Council will conduct its meeting through Zoom Video Communications. Members of the public who wish to address the City Council on any matter listed on the agenda or a subject matter within the jurisdiction of the City Council may utilize the following methods. The Council requests, but does not require, the public speakers to identify themselves. OPTION 1: LIVE COMMENTS - Through Zoom, someone wishing to speak may virtually "raise your hand". Wait to be called upon by the City Clerk, and then you may provide verbal comments for up to 4 minutes. CITY MANAGER REPORT PUBLIC COMMENT The Council has set aside this time for persons in the audience who wish to comment on items that ARE NOT LISTED ON THIS AGENDA, but are within the jurisdiction of the City Council. Public Comment will resume later in the meeting if there are speakers who did not get an opportunity to speak because of the 30-minute time limit. The Brown Act prohibits the City Council from taking action on oral requests relating to items that are not on the agenda. The Council may engage in a brief discussion, refer the matter to staff, and/or schedule requests for consideration at a subsequent meeting. The Council requests, but does not require, speakers to identify themselves. When you come up to speak, please state your name unless you wish to remain anonymous. Each speaker will be allowed four (4) continuous minutes. CONSENT CALENDAR All matters listed on the consent calendar are considered to be routine. OAK PARK CEMETERY EXPANSION - PHASE 2 CONCEPTUAL DESIGN (FUNDING SOURCE: CEMETERY FUND) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council: A. Approve the conceptual design for the Phase 2 Oak Park Cemetery Expansion Project; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with RJM Design Group in the amount of $71,450 to prepare construction plans for bidding for the Phase 2 Oak Park Cemetery Expansion Project.
