This is a hybrid meeting under Assembly Bill 361 (Government Code Section 54953(e)). APPOINTMENTS OF MEMBERS TO CITY COMMISSIONS Recommendation: The City Council Ad Hoc Selection Committee recommends that the City Council make the following appointments: Architectural Commission (One vacancy still remains) Appoint Miles Bennett to a term to expire August 31, 2026 Appoint Juan Cervera to a term to expire August 31, 2026 Traffic and Transportation Commission Appoint Buff Brown to a term to expire August 31, 2026 Council Assignment Reports City Councilmembers may serve as representatives on regional organizations. This time is allocated for reports about their activities. CITY MANAGER REPORT PUBLIC COMMENT The Council has set aside this time for persons in the audience who wish to comment on items that ARE NOT LISTED ON THIS AGENDA, but are within the jurisdiction of the City Council. Members of the audience will later have the opportunity to address the City Council regarding ALL OTHER ITEMS ON THE AGENDA at the time the Council considers those items. At this time the Council will take public comment for 30 minutes. DBA WEST VALLEY MRF, LLC FOR CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION DEBRIS PROCESSING (FUNDING SOURCE: SANITATION FUND) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council award a three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions to Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. dba West Valley MRF, LLC for construction and demolition debris processing in an amount not-to-exceed $75,000 annually, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract. 8. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO VICTOR STANLEY, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF DUAL-STREAM WASTE RECEPTACLES AT IDENTIFIED BUS STOPS WITHIN THE CITY (FUNDING SOURCE: FOOTHILL TRANSIT BUS STOP ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM GRANT AND PROPOSITION C FUND) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council: A. Award a contract to Victor Stanley, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement in the amount of $43,936.41 for the purchase of fourteen dual-stream waste receptacles; and B.
