Clarinda City Council Minutes Wednesday, February 7, 2024 Clarinda City Hall – 12:00 p.m. The Clarinda City Council met for a special session at City Hall on February 7,2024, at 12:00 p.m. Mayor Craig Hill presided over the meeting with the following Council Members present: Mike Allbaugh, Todd Reed, and James Shore. Absent: Austin Ascherl and Kaley Neal Adopt Agenda Motion by Shore to Adopt the Agenda. Seconded by Reed. Vote was unanimous. Approve Alcohol License Motion by Shore to approve Alcohol License for the Tipsy Gypsy pending dramshop review. Seconded by Allbaugh. Vote was unanimous.
