Clarinda City Council Minutes Monday, December 30,2025 City Hall – 12:00 p.m. The Clarinda City Council met at City Hall on December 30, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Mayor Craig Hill presided over the meeting with the following Council Members present: Kaley Neal, Kerry Clark and Jamie Shore. Absent: Adam Samuelson, Austin Ascherl Mayor Craig Hill Opened the meeting. Adopt Agenda Motion by Shore to Adopt the Agenda. Second, by Clark. Vote was unanimous. Consent Agenda Motion by Clark to approve the consent agenda consisting of (a) Clarinda Country Club Liquor License. Second, by Neal.
