CALL TO ORDER Regular Session of the Clarksville City Council was called to order by Mayor Joe Pitts on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 106 Public Square, Clarksville, Tennessee. He also reported that CNCS will hold a community meeting on June 8 to educate property owners and landowners on the tenant based rental program and the lead safe initiative.
