NOTICE OF EDC BOARD MEETING Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council will hold a Special-Called meeting on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 1:00 P.M. local time to consider (1) a motion to rescind the motion passed on April 19, 2021 regarding authorization to negotiate with a CEO candidate and, if rescinded, then (2) consider a new motion to authorize negotiation with a CEO Candidate.
