NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY The Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Board of the County of Montgomery (the "Board") will hold a regular meeting and public hearing on May 11, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. in the Clarksville - Montgomery County Economic Development Council conference room at 25 Jefferson Street, Suite 300, Clarksville, TN 37040. There will be considered at such meeting such business as may properly come before the Board including, but not limited to, considering a proposed Economic Impact Plan for the Vulcan Plant Development Area (the “Plan”) to be submitted to the County Commission of Montgomery County, Tennessee and to the City Council of the City of Clarksville, Tennessee. In connection with the proposed Plan, the Board will hold a public hearing relative to such Plan pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 7-53-312. If such Plan is approved by the County Commission of Montgomery County and/or the City Council of the City of Clarksville, certain incremental tax revenues from the area that is the subject of the Plan would be made available to the Board to promote economic development and/or pay eligible project costs and/or pay debt service on bonds or other obligations issued by the Board to pay the costs of such projects. The area that would be subject to the Plan is generally an area located at and around 1151 College Street in Clarksville, Tennessee. A map of the area that would be subject to the Plan and which identifies the parcels of property within the Plan area may be viewed by the public at the offices of the Board at the address above. This Notice is published in compliance with Sections 8-44-101 to 8-44-106, inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated, and other applicable provisions of law.
