GAS & WATER COMMITTEE September 17, 2020 MINUTES CALL TO ORDER A meeting of the City of Clarksville Gas & Water Committee was called to order by Councilman Ron Erb Thursday, September 17, 2020, at 3:54 p.m. This meeting was conducted via Google Meets. ATTENDANCE The following members were connected to the meet: Ron Erb and Gary Norris Mark Riggins, Fred Klein, Camille Thomas, Stephanie Fox, and Mandy Phillips were also connected to the meet. Councilman Rob Erb announced the lack of a quorum and the meeting was cancelled.
