Ⅲ MANAGER’S REPORT
1. Analog Update
Michael Palmore reported that we have 270 working analog meters. We will
need 204 for the downtown core, leaving 66 spare meters. We will need to
rent a programmer, which cannot be purchased. Estimate for replacement
parts and installation costs is $3200.

minutes. Mr. Kean seconded the motion. Mr. Shelton proposed an
amendment of $.25 for 10 minutes, or $1.50 per hour. The Council
voted to cease discussion and vote on the original motion. There were
no votes for the original motion and it failed. Mr. Shelton made a
motion for $.25 for 10 minutes, and a maximum of 4 hours, effective
May 2, 2022. Ms. Herrera seconded the motion. Mr. Bowie, Ms.
