Call to Order A meeting of the Personnel Committee was called to order by Chairman Sally Castleman on June 19, 2020, at 8:00 a.m., at 2021 Wilma Rudolph Blvd., Clarksville, TN 37040. B. Operating Policies Brian Taylor and Privott Stroman presented Operating Policies to the Personnel Committee for approval to go to the full board. Drug and Alcohol Policy 3-24 - a. The updates to this policy were mainly cosmetic, focusing on fixing formatting and changing verbiage that needed updating. However, there were a few new additions and one area for removal. b. Main new focus of addition deals with response time from employees to a Medical Review Officer. Harassment Policy 3-25 - a. The current Harassment Policy will be updated to and renamed as Productive Work Environment. b. This policy has 7 sections: Diversity & Inclusion; Discrimination; Harassment; Workplace Bullying; Confidentiality & Complaint Procedure; Violation of Policy; & Retaliation.
