> The Ribbon Cutting took place at the District 3 Precinct August 261h, 202 I .
> fic discusscd adding a District 4 and a District 4 building in thc Tiny Town
area (specifically the Outlaw field airport area) in the coming I to 2 fiscal
years.
> Riverf'est is on schedule to take place.

FIRE & RESCUE DEPARTMENT:
e Chicf Freddic Montgonrcry spoke on behalf ol' thc Firc & Rcscuc Dcpartment.
> Hc reviewed the previously submitted monthly repofl.
> He discussed their reccnt purchasc and their need for new trucks due to thc
older vehicles' status in comparison to the NFPA standard of l5 years.
> He noted he will be bringing fonh solutions. regarding the bum permits. to
thc committcc to casc thcir conccm soon.
> With the recent disastcr. CFR rccently assistcd in the rescue and recovery
process in the Waverly area.
> Chief Montgomery opcned the lloor tbr qucstions.
> Councilperson Reynolds expressed concern regarding the burning process.
