Said building is like others on the site. #2. (Town) Pre-application Conference: Nate Phinney is proposing an addition to his car repair business located on County Route 3/East Line Road in the Town of Clayton. #3. (Village) Pre-Application Conference: A representative: A representative from Griffiths Engineering wishes to discuss the feasibility of erecting a Dollar General Store on Graves Street next to the Community Bank in the Village of Clayton. Public comments will not be accepted during pre-application conferences.
