(Village) Applicant: Wilburt C. Wahl Jr., LLC Action: Site Plan Review (continuation/modification) Site Location: 817-821 State Street, Clayton, NY 13624 Information: The applicant is modifying his previous plans for a shopping mall located at the above address in a Neighborhood Residential-Special Use District. Pre-conference: Steven Swan is proposing to establish a used car business (sales only) on the House Road in an Agricultural and Rural Residential District. Pre-conference: Wilburt C.
