(Village) Applicant: Jeremy Kellogg Action: Site Plan Review Site Location: 530 Theresa Street and 814 Union Street (Tax #20.46-2-6.2/20.46-2-10). Information: The applicant is proposing to construct up to nine townhouses in a Marine Development District. The Board does not take public comment during a pre-conference session.
