CALL TO ORDER & DETERMINATION OF QUORUM 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM JULY 13TH, 2026 3. OLD BUSINESS Consideration and possible action on the written Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law (or Final Order) regarding the appeal of CT Marine, LLC represented by Justin Pruitt of Wilson, Cribbs & Goren, (Case No. ZBOA2026-001) affirming the decision of the City Administrator/Building Official/Zoning Administrator, including amendments, if any, and adoption of same. 4.
