MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 1, 2012 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: 3:00 P.M. Roll Call. Present: Joey Luiz, Mayor Jeri Spittler, Vice Mayor Curt Giambruno, Councilmember Absent: Judy Thein, Councilmember Joyce Overton, Councilmember Staff: Joan Phillipe, Interim City Administrator Melissa Swanson, City Clerk BUSINESS 1. Consideration of Adoption of the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule Joan Phillipe gave the staff report. ACTION: It was moved by Vice Mayor Spittler and seconded by Council Member Giambruno to adopt the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for the period covering February 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012 and authorize staff to transfer the data on the given spreadsheet to the required format. The motion passed with a voice vote of 3-0-2, with Council Members Thein and Overton absent. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 3:05 P.M.
