CALL TO ORDER REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING: 6:01 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Vice Mayor Loustalot.

ACTION: It was moved by Council Member Luiz and seconded by Council Member Fortino Dickson
to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. The motion passed with a 5-0 voice vote.
BUSINESS
8. Mayor Appointments to Various Commissions, Committees and Boards
Joan Phillipe gave the staff report.
ACTION: Mayor Spittler made appointments as listed on the attached Mayor’s Appointment List. It
was moved by Council Member Luiz and seconded by Vice Mayor Loustalot to approve the
appointments as made by Mayor Spittler. The motion passed with a 5-0 voice vote.
CITY MANAGER’S REPORT
COUNCIL MEMBERS CALENDAR, TRAVEL AND REPORTS
It was the consensus of the Council to allow the Lower Lake High School Basketball Team to plant
flowers and post a plaque at Redbud Park.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 6:34 P.M.
