Vice Mayor Fortino Dickson led a moment of silence.

There were no changes to the agenda.
ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Perdock and seconded by Councilmember Overton to
approve the agenda as presented. The motion passed with a 5-0 roll call vote.

ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Perdock and seconded by Vice Mayor Fortino Dickson
to accept the Consent Calendar as presented. The motion passed with a 5-0 roll call vote.
BUSINESS
6. Consideration of Resolution No. 2015-08, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Clearlake
Opting to Affirm an Exemption from the Requirements of Mandatory Commercial Organics
Recycling
City Manager Phillipe gave the staff report.
ACTION: It was moved by Vice Mayor Fortino Dickson and seconded by Councilmember
Sabatier to adopt Resolution No. 2015-08, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Clearlake
Opting to Affirm an Exemption from the Requirements of Mandatory Commercial Organics
Recycling, and read it by title only. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote.
7. Consideration of Acceptance of Parcels Located at APN 042-332-160-000, Located at 16036 14th
Avenue and APN 042-332-170-000, Located at 16046 14th Avenue Proposed to be Donated by
Property Owner Luana Zellner
City Manager Phillipe gave the staff report.
ACTION: It was moved by Vice Mayor Fortino Dickson and seconded by Councilmember Perdock
to decline acceptance of the parcels. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote.
