Special Meeting noticed June 20, 2011. Roll Call. Present: Joyce Overton, Mayor Joey Luiz, Vice Mayor Jeri Spittler, Councilmember Curt Giambruno, Councilmember Judy Thein, Councilmember Staff: Robert Galusha, Interim City Administrator Melissa Swanson, City Clerk SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION 1. Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release pursuant to Government Code section 54957. 2. Public Employee Appointment – Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957: Title: Interim City Administrator. Mayor Overton left the meeting at 8:50 a.m. The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 a.m. Vice Mayor Luiz announced the Council voted to terminate the City Administrator contract with Clifford Tully and approved a contract with Robert Galusha to act as Interim City Administrator.
