MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 14, 2018 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY MEETING: 4:45 P.M. Roll Call. Council Present: Phil Harris, Vice Mayor Nick Bennett, Councilmember Russ Cremer, Councilmember Joyce Overton, Councilmember Absent: Bruno Sabatier, Mayor Staff: Greg Folsom, City Manager Alan Flora, Director of Finance Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Doug Herren, Director of Public Works Alan Pyeatt, Contract City Engineer BUSINESS: 1. Amendment of Contract for Design Services for the Highlands Harbor/Harbor Lane Pavement Rehabilitation Project Director of Public Works Herren gave the staff report. ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Overton and seconded by Councilmember Cremer to authorize the City Manager to amend the contract with California Engineering Company for an additional $15,085.00 and authorize the City Manager to approve up to 25% for additional unforeseen contract amendments. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote, with Mayor Sabatier absent. CLOSED SESSION: (1) PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT: pursuant to Government Code §54957 – Title: Police Chief There was no reportable action taken by Council in closed session.
