MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 19, 2018 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: 5:00 P.M. Roll Call. Council Present: Bruno Sabatier, Mayor Phil Harris, Vice Mayor Nick Bennett, Councilmember Russ Cremer, Councilmember Absent: Joyce Overton, Councilmember Staff: Greg Folsom, City Manager Tina Viramontes, Deputy City Clerk Doug Herren, Director of Public Works BUSINESS: 1. Consideration of the Sale of Property Located at 3980 Eureka Avenue; Resolution No. 2018- 53 City Manager Folsom gave the staff report. ACTION: It was moved by Vice Mayor Harris and seconded by Councilmember Cremer to adopt Resolution 2018-53 and authorize the City Manager to complete the sale of this property. The motion passed with a unanimous voice vote.
