(consent) 7.2 ID#15-1379 Approve the Request for Proposal process selecting Cigna Onsite as the new on-site manager for the City of Clearwater Employee Health Center and authorize staff to negotiate a contract with same. (consent) 7.3 ID#15-1380 Approve submission of Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance (DOJ/BJA) Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant application in the amount of $49,118, for purchase of Taser units. (consent) 7.4 ID#15-1381 Approve a contract (blanket purchase order) to HD Supply, of Tampa, FL in the annual amount of $250,000, for the purchase of MRO Supplies and Related Services as needed, for a one-year period, with two annual renewal terms, and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. (consent) 7.5 ID#15-1382 Approve two contract (blanket purchase order) renewal terms to NALCO Chemicals, Inc., of Naperville, IL, in the annual amount of $150,000, for Antiscalant, and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same.
