(consent) 7.3 ID#17-3212 Approve Vehicle Use Agreement between the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida and the City of Clearwater through August 23, 2017 for the City to utilize Pinellas County School buses at a cost of $1.50 per mile plus $29.00 per hour, for a total estimated cost of $40,000 and authorize the appropriate officials to execute. (consent) 7.4 ID#17-3214 Approve a License Agreement between the Board of Trustees of St. Petersburg College (SPC) and the City of Clearwater (City) providing for the use of Jack Russell Stadium for SPC baseball, the use of Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex for SPC softball, and terminates an older license agreement between SPC and the City to use the Joe DiMaggio Sports Complex and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same.
