(consent) 5.2 ID#17-3481 Approve a Joint Project Agreement between the City of Clearwater and Pinellas County for Utility Relocations as part of a Pinellas County Lake Avenue Culvert Project with an estimated cost of $273,273.00; and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same.
