(consent). 4.3 ID#22-0178 Accept a temporary easement from Crum Properties II, LLC (Crum) to the City of Clearwater (City) for ingress-egress access to certain real property owned by Crum located at 100 S. Missouri Avenue (Property), and for purposes of completing a ground penetrating radar (GPR) survey thereon and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same.
