New Business Items 4.1 ID#24-1096 Approve an Interlocal Agreement between the Downtown Development Board and the Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency to provide personnel, administrative and management services during Fisal Year 204-2025 in an amount of $87,309, refund the CRA Tax Increment fee of $381,027, and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. 4.2 ID#24-1154 Approve the July 2024 Financial Statement for filing. 4.3 ID#24-1155 Approve the August 2024 Financial Statement for Filing 4.4 ID#24-1156 Set a final millage rate of 0.9700 mills for fiscal year 2024/25 and adopt Resolution 24-04 on second reading. 4.5 ID#24-1157 Approve the Downtown Development Board Annual Operating Budget for fiscal year 2024/25 and adopt Resolution 24-05 on second reading. 4.6 ID#24-1169 Approve the amendments to the current 2023-2025 Downtown Development Board Work Plan that includes performance measure for FY 2024-2025. 4.7 ID#24-1172 A Special Event funding request from The Florida Orchestra, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 for the proposed The Florida Orchestra at the Sound and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. 5.
