New Business Items 4.1 ID#16-2979 Approve the new hires for acceptance into the Pension Plan as listed. 4.2 ID#16-2980 Approve the following request of employee Richard Riley, Fire Department to vest his pension as provided by Section 2.419 of the Employees’ Pension Plan. 4.3 ID#16-2981 Approve the following request of employees William Harding, Police Department, Christopher Squitieri, Police Department, and Christopher White, Police Department for a regular pension as provided by Sections 2.416 and 2.424 of the Employees’ Pension Plan. 4.4 ID#16-3064 Award a contract for pension plan actuarial services for the five-year period ending December 31, 2021 to Gabriel, Roeder, Smith and Company for a not-to-exceed amount of $165,850 and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. 5.
