Kirkham Povall, J. Paul Janoush. Aldermen; Danny Griffith, City Attorney; and Michelle Arbuckle, Deputy City Clerk. Absent were Maurice Smith, Theodore "Ted" Campbell, and Gary Gainspoletti, Aldermen. The meeting was duly opened, and, upon due proclamation first made, the following proceedings were held, to-wit: ORDER TO APPROVE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE SALE OF THE FAURECIA PROPERTY LOCATED AT 907 DELTA COUNCIL DRIVE After discussion, upon Motion by Alderman Janoush, second by Alderman Povall, and unanimously adopted, it is ordered to approve the Mayor, Billy Nowell, to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the sale of the Faurecia property located at907 Delta Council Drive, Cleveland, Mississippi, including but not limited to, a general warranty deed to Faurecia Automotive Seating, LLC. ORDERED this June 28,2019.  ORDER TO APPROVE THE DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE SALE OF THE FAURECIA PROPERTY LOCATED AT 907 DELTA COUNCIL DRIVE After discussion, upon Motion by Alderman Janoush, second by Alderman Sanders, and unanimously adopted, it is ordered to approve the Deputy City Clerk, Michelle Arbuckle, to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the sale of the Faurecia property located at907 Delta Council Drive, Cleveland, Mississippi, including but not limited to, a general warranty deed to Faurecia Automotive Seating, LLC. ORDERED this June 28,2019. ORDER TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVOLVING FUND TO AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT FUND TO FUND THE NORTH TERMINAL RAMP EXPANSION PROJECT After discussion, upon Motion by Alderman Janoush, second by Alderman Abraham, and unanimously adopted, it is ordered to transfer funds from the Economic Development Revolving Fund to the Airport Improvement Fund to cover the $272,486.50 short fall created by the lack of additional funding available from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to complete the North terminal ramp expansion project. The Airport Improvement Fund will reimburse the Economic Development Revolving Fund within a two-year period, upon the reimbursement of grant proceeds from the FAA within such period.
