Notice of Special Call Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Cleveland April 3, 2020 Pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated §21-3-21, Mayor Billy Nowell calls a special meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Cleveland to discuss the following matters: 1. Discussion of Governor Reeves' Shelter-In-Place Order; and 2. Ratification of the City's Emergency Orders to align with the Governor's Order.
