Billy Trotter - Planning Commission and Heritage Commission
1. Jeff Tarver has submitted an application requesting a 5-foot side yard setback variance to article 6,
Section 608 of the Land Development Ordinance to construct a 25’ x 13.5’ lean-to style pergola to
his existing accessory structure located at 505 Reed Drive. The R-1 Zoning District requires
accessory structures to be 5 feet from any property line.
2. Parker Lipscomb has submitted an application requesting a 25-foot side yard setback and 23-foot
rear yard setback variance to Article 6, Section 617 of the Land Development Ordinance to
construct a new convenience store at 300 North Davis Avenue. The B-3 Zoning District requires a
25-foot setback on the side and rear of a property.
