2. Public Hearing - Parker Lipscomb has submitted an application requesting a 25-foot side yard
setback and 23-foot rear yard setback variance to Article 6, Section 617 of the Land Development
Ordinance to construct a new convenience store at 300 North Davis Avenue. The B-3 Zoning
District requires a 25-foot setback on the side and rear of a property.

2. Blake Ferretti has submitted an application requesting a 3-foot side yard setback variance to Article
6, Section 619 of the Land Development Ordinance to construct a 24’ x 35’ accessory structure at
401 N. Chrisman Avenue. The M-1 zoning district requires a 5-foot setback from any property line
for accessory structures.
3. Randy Bolden has submitted an application requesting a 25-foot rear yard setback and a 14-foot left
side yard setback variance to Article 6, Section 617 of the Land Development Ordinance to
construct a 13’ x 50’ addition to his shop located at 512 Third Street. The B-3 zoning district
requires a 25-foot setback on the side and rear property lines.
